The birth of a novel...
Shortly after a backpacking trip, I dreamed I stood in front of a large window, mesmerized by a beautiful, eerie glowing blue rain that illuminated the sky.
Soon, I saw what the blue rain did to people and my awe turned to horror.
I jolted awake, my muscles locked and the breath seized in my chest. As the vivid, heart-pounding images continued to throb in my mind, sleep fled.
I tossed and turned until I finally surrendered to the impulse to get up and record the disturbing dream.
In the six spiral bound pages that followed, Blue Rain was born.
Q. What was your play list while writing Blue Rain?
